Which should you choose?
- Home blocks and mower tow: RapidLine Eco trailer or Spot Ranger trailer. Light, low cost and easy to tow.
- Council, sports fields and tight turns: WeedControl zero turn trailer. A long drawbar turns up to 90 degrees behind a zero turn mower.
- Chemical changeovers: RapidMix trailer. A separate chemical tank mixes at the gun, so you can swap chemicals without pre mixing.
- Big paddocks, quiet 12v: TrailPro 200L 12v. A 1.2m boom lays a 4m swath, plus a hose for fence lines.
- Heavy growth and long runs: TrailPro Deluxe 200L or 400L. A Honda GX200 and 22L/min pump hold pressure on a boom or reel.

TrailPro
TTi TrailPro is a hot dip galvanised ATV and UTV trailer on high flotation tyres. The 12v model runs a quiet Remco pump off your vehicle battery with a 1.2m versatile boom and a hose for fence lines. The Deluxe adds a Honda GX200 and a 22L/min Bertolini pump in 200L or 400L. Booms and reels are optional on the Deluxe.
WeedControl Trailers
TTi WeedControl trailers come in 55L, 95L, 150L and 225L with a 2m or 3m boom. The 55L and 95L are zero turn trailers with a long drawbar. The 150L and 225L suit an ATV or mower. They are supplied in kit form, so some assembly is required.
Rapid Spray Trailers
Rapid Spray makes the lowest cost trailers here. The RapidLine Eco comes with a 1.2m broadcast nozzle kit. The Spot Ranger has a welded zero turn trailer and a 15 year tank warranty. The RapidMix has a clean tank system that mixes chemical at the gun.
Check your vehicle first
- Towing weight: 1 litre of spray mix weighs about 1kg. A full 400L tank adds about 400kg plus the trailer.
- Towing capacity: Check your ATV, UTV or mower rating and hitch before you buy.
- Hitch: TrailPro uses a 50mm tow hitch.
- Assembly: WeedControl trailers are supplied in kit form.
Weed Sprayer Trailer FAQ
What size weed sprayer trailer do I need?
Under a hectare, 55L to 95L is usually enough. For larger paddocks, 200L or more means fewer refills. Contact us and we can size it to your property.
Should I choose 12v or a petrol engine?
A 12v pump is quiet, simple and has no engine to service. A Honda petrol engine and larger pump give more flow and pressure for long boom runs and tougher weeds.
Can I use a trailer sprayer with a ride on mower?
Yes. The smaller WeedControl and Spot Ranger trailers are made for mower tow behind use. The zero turn versions have a long drawbar for zero turn mowers.
Can I spray with a hose as well as a boom?
Yes, on most trailers. Use the boom for open ground and a hose and gun for fence lines and tight spots.
Can I spray chemicals through these trailers?
Yes, for herbicides, pesticides and liquid fertilisers. Check chemical compatibility and follow the product label.
