Shipping Terms Aussie Cultivators
Thank you for choosing to shop with Aussie Cultivators. Below are the terms and conditions outlining our Shipping Policy.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and
pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item
is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
Delivery timeframes will vary dependent on your location and the items you've ordered.
In general, these are the delivery timeframes you can expect:
- 2-5 Business Days - Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne Sydney Metro
- 3-8 Business Days - Other Major Cities & NSW, QLD, SA, VIC Regional
- 7-12 Working Days - NT, TAS, WA, QLD Remote
The above is intended to be used as a guide, and may not apply in all cases.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is FREE when you spend $1000+ to customers within Australia.
We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we
like things to be simple and easy.
Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM (AEST) Brisbane Time GMT+10
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@aussiecultivators.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
Item Never Received
Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
Change Of Address:
You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team at sales@aussiecultivators.com.au. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address once the item has been delivered because we are not obligated to do so.
Wrong Address:
If our items are returned to us because you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping fees associated with resending the item.
